She was incredibly patient, even though my appointment was in the evening and I arrived late. Not once did she have an attitude—her demeanor was professional, calm, and welcoming. The braiding was exceptional. I have never had my hair braided so neatly—small, tight, and perfectly done. She absolutely slayed my hair. The closure is flawless; you would never know it’s a closure. It honestly looks like a natural part in my own scalp. Please go see this hairdresser. She is truly the best—hands down.”

“My hair was okay, stylist was rough and used way too many passes my ends look very rough and I had a trim exactly a month ago. Booked an appointment for a wash and press at 11:30 and left 3 after. My last expierence was really great and my hair was smooth and not heat damaged I hope I have the same expierence.”

“I did write a review for this place about one week ago, and I said my hair was okay style wise, and IT WAS NOT. The stylist I had damaged my hair, so the bumps she put in my hair dropped within 2 hours, which is not normal for my hair. I just had a trim at this place last month and now I have to go get another one because my ends are chewed and I have split ends... Firstly the stylist I booked on the website didn't even show up. Why would it show she is available when she's not even gonna be there, I shouldve taken that as a warning when I got there. Plus I booked for 11:30 and there was already people there with two hair dressers which was annoying. She washed my hair, put it in four and put it straight under the dryer, which is pointless because she blow-dried my hair after with more heat, which is annoying. I have type 4 hair. I am not even going to name drop the hair dressers name but the whole expierence sucked, and now I have to spend more money to fix my hair. That brush on top of the sink she used to brush my hair, Im not even sure if they clean it in between uses, because an hour after I saw the owner of the place come and pick it up and use it...”

“Horrible experience. Started off all wrong & kept getting worse. They were over booked, The hairstylist never introduced her. I had to greet her to know her name is Fatima. She washed my hair & dried it off with PAPERTOWELS. I kid you not as i had water running down my back as i left. I booked this appointment & told them i need a pixie cut maintenance, they assured me they could do it. My hair appointment was under a silk press… where were you going to get the hair? I tried to press on since i fly out early morning but she was going to put me under the dryer WITHOUT molding me. Talk to the owner, no help there either. My last straw was when she brought out 4 pumps worth of foam. I thanked them for their time & LEFT! Beyond disappointed. They dried my hair with paper towels. Do better.”
